Marlin Manor is a hidden un-presumsous gem, where every morning starts with a full-frame sunrise over the ocean. Sip your early morning coffee or practise some yoga on the front deck as you watch dolphins and whales playing in the view or simply enjoy the smell and sound of the waves lapping up the shore on the private beach in front of you.

Positioned on 650m of private coastline on Marine Drive, the house enjoys a prime location between the coastal towns of Struisbaai and L’Agulhas. From the street it’s unimposing, but step inside to a private and luxurious space.

As Agulhas boast some of the very best fishing in the country, Marlin Manor makes an excellent base to enjoy from rock and surf angling on the property or let us organise an unforgettable inshore or deep sea fishing charter with our knowledgable local guides.

The villa is also family friendly and an absolute paradise for children as you watch them connect with nature – enjoy the beach, collect shells, build sand castles, boogie board and explore the private rock pools in front of you without having to leave the property.

Marlin Manor Villa can accommodate up to 18 guests in 7 ensuite room. The villa is available as a private serf catering home, a venue for small function and weddings and a film and photography location.
