National Geographic Poland Unveils the Wonders of the Western Cape

Cape Town, August 08, 2023

South Africa is one of the top safari destinations in the world if you’re looking to see the “African Big Five” – lion, leopard, rhino, elephant, and buffalo. While many tourists believe the Kruger National Park is the only place to go on safari, National Geographic Poland has recognised the Western Cape as the best South African Province to explore, offering spectacular coastlines, 300 year old vineyards, natural world wonders, and the ultimate Big 5 safari adventure!

Even the Daily telegraph, a prominent British newspaper, has recently named South Africa as the most interesting destination in the world. However, given the size of the country, experiencing everything in a single trip can prove to be quite a challenge. So, why not set your sights on the heart of the Western Cape, the country’s most captivating region, and explore the vibrant epicentre of it all – Cape Town!

"Spectacular coastlines, one of the most beautiful cities in the world, 300-year-old vineyards, and Big 5 safaris at your fingertips - these are surprising facts about South Africa's most interesting province"

The Western Cape stands as a microcosm of all that is captivating and vibrant about South Africa. A treasure trove of historical sights and unique experiences, the Cape encapsulates the beauty and soul of the entire country, from its diverse landscapes to its rich cultural heritage.
