WE ARE OPEN!
We are currently offering overnight and day trip safari experiences 7 days a week until from 13 April to 12 May 2021. Make sure you take advantage of our lockdown offers – with 30% off all safari’s until end May 2021.
We will be open on weekends only from 14 May to 27 June 2021.
South Africa is currently still in lock down and implementing regulations according the Risk Adjusted Strategy. Our COVID19 protocols have been certified by the World Travel and Tourism Council and the Tourism Business Council of South Africa.

AQUILA COLLECTION RESERVATIONS AND HEAD OFFICE SERVICES:
Please note that our Cape Town Head Office is currently offering remote reservations and limited administration services.
For all enquiries, please contact +27214307260 – available 7 days a week from 09h00 to 16h00, while the after hours line can be used for emergencies.
The head office administration offices are open Monday to Friday from 09h00 to 16h00 only.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Our Big 5 reserves are open and the current South African Risk Adjusted Strategy does not prohibit any safari services or experiences offered by the Aquila Collection.
Please note that our standard cancellation policy applies for all bookings from 01 November 2020.
We are however offering penalty free date changes for a period of up to 24 months from the original date of arrival – for bookings up until 31 January 2021.

In the unlikely event of future pandemic related international travel bans, we reserve our right to consult and make relevant updates to our standard cancellation policy.
In all cases, we will review extraordinary circumstances on an ad-hoc basis.
Our standard cancellation policy makes special provisions in the event of a positive COVID19 PCR test result relating to a confirmed Aquila Collection guest.
Reservation refunds of any kind may be delayed due to the COVID restrictions and availability of personnel over this period.
Guests who booked with a third party, booking portal or travel company must contact them for further assistance with their bookings.
Covid19 DEFERMENT:
SOUTH AFRICA IS OPEN FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL and the current Adjusted Risk Strategy does not prohibit any safari services offered by the Aquila Collection.

Eligibility for rebooking:
- You have a valid booking confirmation number for arrival until 31 January 2020.
- The Safari Voucher will be valid for 24 months from original date of arrival.
- All overnight vouchers will receive R200.00 credit to be used on extras during the time of visit.
Customers who booked directly with Aquila, Inverdoorn of Kuganha must visit the Safari Voucher page and complete the relevant information.
Guests who booked with a third party, booking portal or travel company must contact them for further assistance with their bookings.
